The Old Lady have appointed previous Italian national team manager Luciano Spalletti to take the helm for the remainder of the campaign.
The experienced coach steps in for the Croatian manager, who was sacked after the Serie A side's defeat by Lazio recently.
The former boss came on board in March filling the shoes of Thiago Motta but exited following a seven-month stint after an eight-game winless streak.
Under Spalletti, Napoli clinched the Serie A championship in 2022-23 before taking charge of Italy, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.
He secured their spot in Euro 2024 exiting in the last 16 stage against Switzerland.
However, Spalletti was sacked by Italy in June post a qualifying defeat against Norway, putting Italy in danger of missing a third straight World Cup.
Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and lifted the Russian league trophy twice while at Zenit St Petersburg.
Massimo Brambilla served as interim manager for Juventus during the 3-1 victory over Udinese on Wednesday which left them seventh in Serie A - six points behind leaders Napoli after nine games.
They are 25th in the league phase of the Champions League, after recording one defeat and two ties in the initial three fixtures.
